Spring Hill TN is the 14th fastest growing city in the nation. Many people choose a home in this part of the country for our climate. In the summer, our temperatures are in the mid 90’s with intermittent periods of cooler weather. In the winter, we seem to fluctuate between weeks in the 40’s and weeks in the 20’s with two or three moderate snow falls. I’ve found that clients in the north come here to get away from the cold, while those from the south come to experience all four season, including beautiful fall colors.

Property taxes in Spring Hill are another reason many of our clients find this area desirable. For a basic 1,200 square foot home, our property taxes are between $700 and $900 per year on average. We've heard reports from clients that property tax in their area can be 5 times as much or more.

Just to let you know, we've taken special training on how to use the complex search capabilities of our MLS system and continue to take all the training that is available. These classes are free; however, some real estate agents don't take the time to get this training. The classes frequently have only 5 or 6 people. Any agent can find homes in the MLS, but the training that we've received helps us to find the best spring hill homes for sale for you.

Recently, we helped a client who had no credit to purchase a home in Spring Hill. We know over 10 lenders in the Spring Hill TN area, and one of them was able to work some magic for us. Even the listing agent couldn't believe we got her the loan.

Not too long ago, we also helped a family find a great home for sale in Spring Hill. They had four kids in a cramped little apartment, and their mother dreamed of finding a home with acreage so that they could run and play. Through some creative negotiating, we were able to get them out of their lease.
I had spent so much time with them that I started to feel like part of the family. I was over at their apartment working on some paperwork when their youngest son hit his head on the table. Even though his parents were just as close as I was, he came running to me and wanted to be held.

It was really touching. Getting to know people who visit our website is one of the highlights of our lives. You might be surprised about how many nice people are actually out there. Thank you for visiting our website, and we look forward to working with you.
